Each year Christmas seems to come sooner and sooner and be bigger, better and more exciting…for most people.
However, Christmas Day isn’t the most wonderful time of the year for everyone. For some it is a time when they feel acutely alone. While many of us enjoy the gifts of families and friends there are some who sadly are reminded of their loss.
So at Ammanford Evangelical Church we’re continuing to host our annual Christmas Day meal for those who expect to be alone.There’s transport provided for those who need it, plenty of food to go round, lots of friends to meet and make and even a Christmas gift bag for everyone to take home.
The afternoon will run from 1pm to 3.30pm in the Pensioner’s Hall, Quay Street, Ammanford.
