Directions

As a church we make use of two main locations - On a Sunday we use Y Llusern, our church building. During the week, we also maintain a Pastor's Study/Church office and small meeting room called 'the Cwtch'.

Here are the directions and amenities at the various locations:

We own and operate a small building in the centre of Ammanford. Named 'Y Llusern' (The Lantern) for a couple of reasons; one being the obvious link of the area to mining and the strong heritage we lay claim to, and the other being the desire of the church to be a Lantern/light to the community.

Our weekly Sunday services takes here. The hall is large enough to accommodate about 100 adults. We meet here every Sunday between 09:15am - 10:15am and 11:00am - 12:00pm. Both services are exactly the same.

It's our hope that this building would be a hub in the community, able to draw the community together and be of benefit to more than just the church. Throughout the month, you'll find numerous events already taking place, organised by us as well as externally, such as a Community Blind Group, toddler group and the Ammanford Foodbank. It has a Facebook page for current events you can follow HERE. To the rear of the building is car parking for 8 cars. (On Sundays car parking is restricted to those who require accesible parking)

Lastly we have a smaller meeting room in Ammanford which we call: 'The Cwtch.'

With soft seating, and a small kitchen area, it's a handy space when meeting in groups less than 10. This is also the space used to provide the church with an office where the Pastor's can study and our administrator can get things done.
